2. Why we use it
- to create and manage your account and provide the Service;
- to verify your age and identity and meet AML obligations;
- to confirm you are eligible and located in Ontario;
- to detect signs of gambling-related harm and apply responsible-gaming tools;
- to prevent fraud, protect game integrity and keep the Service secure;

3. Consent & withdrawing consent
We collect, use and disclose personal information with your knowledge and consent, except where the law permits or requires otherwise. Marketing is based on a separate, explicit opt-in that you can withdraw at any time. To withdraw marketing consent or unsubscribe from commercial electronic messages:
- click the unsubscribe link included in every commercial email we send; or
- email our Privacy Officer at privacy@irevegas.co with the subject line "Unsubscribe".
Every commercial electronic message we send identifies us and includes an unsubscribe mechanism, consistent with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Some processing (e.g. KYC/AML and regulatory reporting) is necessary to provide a regulated gambling service and cannot be opted out of while you hold an account. As required by our regulators, we also carry out automated monitoring of play and account activity to detect indicators of gambling-related harm, which may result in responsible-gaming messages, limits or other interventions on your account.
5. International data transfers
Some of our service providers (for example, identity verification, payments, hosting, analytics and fraud prevention) may process or store your personal information outside Ontario or Canada, including in jurisdictions whose data-protection laws differ from those in Canada. While your information is in another jurisdiction, it may be accessible to the courts, law-enforcement and regulatory authorities of that jurisdiction in accordance with their laws.
Where we transfer personal information across borders, we remain accountable for its protection and use contractual safeguards and other appropriate measures to ensure a comparable level of protection, consistent with PIPEDA. You may contact our Privacy Officer for information about the safeguards that apply to such transfers.
6. Storage & retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. In particular, records required for anti-money-laundering purposes are retained for at least five (5) years after the end of the business relationship or the transaction, in accordance with Canadian law (PCMLTFA/FINTRAC). When no longer required, information is securely deleted or anonymised.
7. Automated decision-making & monitoring
As required by our regulators and to protect players, we carry out automated monitoring of play and account activity. This includes analysing gameplay, transactions and account behaviour to:
- detect indicators of gambling-related harm and trigger responsible-gaming messages, limits or interventions;
- detect and prevent fraud, bonus abuse, collusion and money laundering;
- verify identity, age and eligibility, and confirm you are located in Ontario.
Some of this processing is automated and may affect your account (for example, applying a responsible-gaming intervention, flagging a transaction for review, or restricting an account pending checks). Decisions with a significant effect on you involve human review where required, and you can request information about a decision, provide additional context, or ask us to reconsider by contacting our Privacy Officer at privacy@irevegas.co. Certain checks (such as KYC/AML monitoring) are mandatory and cannot be switched off while you hold an account.
8. Security
We use technical and organisational safeguards (such as encryption in transit, access controls and hashing of passwords) appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data. If a privacy breach occurs that creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada and affected individuals, and keep records of breaches, as required by PIPEDA.
9. Your rights
Subject to legal limits, you have the following rights in respect of your personal information:
- Access — request access to the personal information we hold about you and information about how it is used and shared;
- Correction — ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information where legally permissible. Please note we must keep certain records to meet legal and regulatory obligations (for example, KYC/AML records for at least five years), and we cannot delete information we are required by law to retain while it is needed for those purposes;
- Withdraw consent — withdraw marketing consent at any time (see Section 3).
To make a request, contact our Privacy Officer at privacy@irevegas.co.
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and respond substantively within 30 days of receipt, as required by PIPEDA. If we cannot meet the 30-day deadline, we will notify you and provide a revised timeline (which may not exceed an additional 30 days).
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
10. Children
The Service is strictly for adults 19+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 19. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
